Learn the basics of embroidery, but this time on paper! In this workshop, we will learn the basic stitches for paper, the types of paper that can be used for this, the materials needed, and how to properly handle the needle and thread.
Embroidery is an ancient craft, dating back thousands of years, and is not only a creative outlet but also a meditative practice. The repetitive motions of stitching can help calm the mind and promote mindfulness, making it a relaxing and therapeutic activity.
At the end of this workshop, you will leave with either an agenda or an A4 poster embroidered by yourself. (You can choose which one you would like to do.)
This workshop is designed for anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing moment by the water and feel connected with embroidery.
The class will start at 11 am and finish at 1 pm. The workshop will take place with a minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 10.
Students can receive a 5-euro discount.
