In Überseestadt, tradition meets modernity. Embark on an exciting journey through the history of Bremen's port and marvel at a completely new quarter where people live, work and enjoy life today. Where high-rise office buildings, apartments and restaurants are located today, harbour life once pulsated. Back then, probably no one would have expected that one day one of the largest urban planning projects in Europe would develop here.

1-25 people can participate per guided tour/group. Individual appointments for dates that cannot be selected in the calendar can be arranged directly with Stadtgeschichten Bremen (by e-mail or telephone). Vouchers cannot be exchanged or returned.
The tour can be booked either in German OR in English.
The tour ends at the John & Will Hotel at "Überseeinsel".
Bitte mitbringen
- Depending on the weather, we recommend that you bring rainproof and warm clothing and an umbrella, as there are no shelter options during the tour. The route is not barrier-free.
