Guests are welcome to explore the castle park and the surrounding area. Bicycles can also be rented at the hotel. Towns such as Halberstadt, Wernigerode or the UNESCO World Heritage cities of Goslar and Quedlinburg are a 30-minute drive away. Larger cities such as Braunschweig, Wolfsburg and Hanover are around a 1-hour drive away.
