In your booking confirmation you will receive all relevant information for your stay. Our self-check-in terminal is located on the right-hand side in front of the main entrance under the hotel canopy.
Register easily with your booking number and your last name and check in. Your guest card, which gives you access to the hotel and your room, is encoded and issued directly in the terminal.
To check out at the end of your stay, simply place your guest card in the check-out container provided in the hotel lobby.

Self-check-in process – this is how it works:
1. Enter your reservation number & the last name of the booked guest into the check-in terminal.
2. Fill out the registration form at the check-in terminal.
3. If desired, enter your billing address.
4. Pay directly at the terminal by debit or credit card.
5. You will then receive your key card for access to the hotel and your room.
